After our house burned down, S&P Construction gutted and rebuilt our house with brilliance, attention to detail, transparency, and care. Todd and Shane are unlike anyone we ever worked with -- their vision is genius, and their kindness and honesty is so rare. In addition to a major rebuild we had to adhere to the Historic Preservation Committee's rules and regulations, and S & P made what could have easily been impossible obstacles smooth and painless. Thank you S&P for returning us home.

Todd Parker and S&P Construction are simply one of the best home renovators in Athens. Toddy renovated our Victorian in Normaltown (which had been converted into 4 apts in the 1970's), and was talented, considerate, and budget-aware. And he and his team were genuine good people, too. I'll definitely reach out to him on future projects and highly recommend!

S&P did a remodel of a +90 year old house along with adding a covered deck during the difficult time of Covid which impacted labor and materials. They adapted to the surprises found in an old house. They were easy to work with throughout the entire process.
